"The moments I find most helpful with Renée are all the moments when she helps convince me to lean into my inner light. She reminds me to believe in and be kind to myself. I intend to keep Renée in my life and in my corner."

Coaching for queer people
on resilience, transition, and love

Whether you’re seeking support in your gender journey, wishing for guidance in navigating a loved one’s transition, or looking for a compassionate space to deepen your understanding of your intimate relationships, I am glad you have found me.

My name is Renée Randazzo and I use she/her pronouns. For a decade, I have practiced as a professional counselor specializing in transgender-affirming care, and I have worked with hundreds of gender-expansive people over the years. This coaching practice has allowed me to continue and to elevate my services without the pathologizing medical model setting the frame for the work.

I am a transgender-affirming guide who specializes in helping people of all gender identities explore gender issues. I help transgender people and their loved ones navigate emotional growth before, during, and beyond transitions. Additionally, I provide long-term, insight-oriented, trauma-informed witnessing and coaching for people experiencing all types of life changes. Currently I am in training to become certified as a Conscious Girlfriend Academy Coach, with visions of centering trans and nonbinary people in the realms of dating, intimacy, and love.

Specialties

My practice has always been a space for transgender, nonbinary, and gender expansive people and their loved ones to navigate gender affirmation journeys and receive support, empathy, and guidance. As a coach, my scope extends beyond these issues. I specialize in resilience and healing around trauma both past and present, including childhood and family issues, internalized homophobia/transphobia interfering with identity development, and the stress of systemic marginalization and injustice. I also offer wisdom for people in their journeys to practice self-compassion and make healthy choices for loving relationships.
